Yes, it's a varigated rubber plant.
Down here in Florida,
they grow out in our yards in full sun.
You might want to start out by setting it morning sun.
Fertilizer - any good 3 month balanced fertilizer is good.
If you do plant it in the ground, remember it is a ficus.
