No pictures at hand right now, sorry. It's about a foot tall (maybe a foot and a half), and in leaf, and quite leggy. Like, if I cut it back more than maybe two inches, it'd be leafless. It sounds like that'd kill it, so is there any way to prune it to get it to be LESS leggy without entirely defoliating it (unless they can actually tolerate that?). Also, would it be best to prune it after it drops its leaves in the fall?
Also, it tends to drop foliage fairly quickly, even during the active growing season. It's not too dry or anything, but it's not in full sun either -- and it seemed to be dropping foliage more when it was. Any idea what might be the problem? Bigger pot needed, maybe?
