Hello all,

My diffenbachia plant has been developing these small brown spots (included pics) and I am not sure why this is. I took her farther away from the window because I noticed her tips were turning brown-ish. That worked for the tips but now the spots have developed over the last 2 weeks or so. May this still be the sun is too strong? I live in NYC and the last week or more we have had an incredible heatwave of 100+ degrees sunny days, so the light coming through the window was intense.

I keep her soil moist, not wet and she is draining well. This is only happening to maybe 3 or 4 of her total 20 or so leaves. I am also a first time plant owner so please go easy on me, :)

I hope this is not some kind of bacteria, please let me know your thoughts?
