I would love to try to help, but unfortunately, I would need more info. Can you post pictures? If not, can you try to describe them in more detail? Them being from Cuba may not mean necessarily that they are indigenous from there.

The red/black seeds are from a Rosary Pea. Be careful because the seeds are quite poisonous if ingested. I've also read that people have died while drilling them to make jewelry if they stuck themselves with a drill that went thru the seed. I don't know if that's a fact though. The long oval seeds look like Royal Poincianna and the flat round seeds look like they might be from an Orchid tree. Not sure about the others.

The small, dark brown ones look like Bauhinia tree seeds.

The Red/Black is a Rosary Pea; but after researching, don't think I will plant these as they are highly poisonous at all stages of growth..with invasive tap root/roots!!

The long oval seed is a Royal Poincianna.
The flat round or sml dk brown seeds have been identified as Bauhinia (Orchid Tree).

Any more suggestions?
