Need an ID of plant

My husband bought me a new plant a few days ago but when I asked him with it was all he could tell me was it's an angel because that is all the man had told him. So could someone here tell me what it is? http://www.flickr.com/photos/26907834@N04/3736750968/

That is a cane begonia.

Perhaps someone can better tell what variety it may be. To me it looks like one of the older, heritage ones from the late 1890s, it has a French name.
