Great. those are seed pods, Scott. They take a little while to ripen but it's worth saving the seeds to make new plants, yes? If you are so inclined, when the last of the flowers have fallen, carefully put a bit of stocking or fine , light and airy material over the pod and secure it with a pin or staple , so that when the pod splits, you won't lose the seeds.
