| I know that many of the Colocasia species are either a bunch of roots or a bulb, I was wondering if it was possible to take a cutting from a tuber and dip it in rooting hormone and letting it grow?
I am new to the boards but have been reading on propogating cuttings via rooting hormone and soil. I am very curious to start my own little nursery in my hometown. |

| Elephant ears clone themselves by making baby bulbs. About halfway down this page is an excellent pic of how the bulbs multiply. They are available from some grocery stores as an asian veggie. |
