Night blooming jasmine is pretty easy. I overwinter mine in either the basement or a frost proof garage. I hardly water them. They loose most of their leaves and look terrible but once Spring comes I increase watering and give them some sun and they're off. Mandevilla, I have not been to successful overwintering but maybe I haven't tried hard enough (usually just buy a new vine in the Spring). Treat similar to the N.B. jasmine (mine usually end up with mealy bugs though--unlike the jasmine). Sorry, I can't help with the others. Good luck!
