Judging at that resolution, for all I know, it could be some member of the family, Marantaceae.

The most common heliconia in cultivation with green/wine colored leaf tops/bottoms is heliconia metallica. There are similarly colored heliconia stricta cultivars, but they have redish upper midribs.
