From my experience , brugs are best treated as "dormant" plants through the winter , considering bug problems indoors and their other requirements, and just a cool spot above freezing for storage indoors with little watering will keep them alive until its' time to move them outdoors for the next summer, so trying to keep them going all winter without greenhouse conditions will be difficult. The passionflowers will keep going all winter with good humidity , warmth and plenty of bright light though they may sulk with shorter daylight etc. No heavy pruning however , if they've gotten big by fall, as that will kill some types as they're going back indoors for the winter!
