pink Jacaranda mimosifolia

Hi folks.. anyone know anything about a variety of Jacaranda mimosifolia with pink flowers? I recall this being a 'Monrovia' selection years ago here in California, but I have never heard about it again, or seen it growing anywhere. It's hard to imagine nobody planting it or (for that matter) a grower letting that one slip away!
