Give it time; rooting is always a race against time. Sometimes it's a sprint, other times it's a slow marathon. If you manage to get a few good roots on them then you're definitely ahead of the game. If it were me, at that point I'd pot them in some vermiculite or seed starting mixture, and see how far the little guys go.
