Please tell me what steps should be taken to germinate Coccoloba uvifers seeds. I may be getting some seeds shipped up to me from Florida in the coming weeks/months, -or whenever these seeds are ripe,- and I'd like to know what to do when they arrive.

Should the outer fleshy covering be removed? Do they need soaking?

Do the seeds need a cold period to break dormancy? How long, and at what temp?

Does the seed coat need scarification before planting?

Should soil be kept warm for germination?

Can this seed be stored for a few months?.... how do I store these seeds,...warm, moist, in damp peat?

Please give me some clues, ...I'd like to reap what I sow, but I've never tried these seeds before.
