Im going to guess that you live in Florida. It seems like the storm wont be extremely terrible. If you are really nervous maybe you can flip some empty pots over your small plants and put something (such as a brick) on top of the pot to keep it from ever tipping over. A garbage bin would work for larger plants and you can put something heavy on it to keep it from flying away. And if your small plants are in pots, you can always bring it in! But I wouldnt get too worried because it will be a weak storm for Florida.
