Finally found a place to plant tropicals and not worry about cold

My wife and I got some land just north of Hilo on the Big Island. We just had the land cleared. It had 8 foot tall grass and several junk trees on it. With 150 inches a rain a year, 8 acres and year round warm temps, tropicals should grow well. Land prices are down, come on over!
We left the (Apple) banana plants.
Making the driveway to the lot.
