I moved one and it died. I think that their roots don't tolerate moving all that well. Hopefully yours will spring back.

new developments!
I was working out by my orchid tree that I thought was dead today and saw that it has sent 2 new shoots up from the roots!

The tree was very mature when I moved it. It was 20 ft tall and had a trunk diameter of about 13-15 inches. It was hard to dig out, I had to cut major roots and I had to top it to get it out.

But it seems it is NOT DEAD! SO yours probably has hope too.
