I am not sure which kind of jasmines you have. If they are truly tropicals then you should protect them by bringing them inside or in a heated area when it is cold. Try and do some research to find out what kinds you have, some are more hardy than others but most probably won't survive in zn 5 without being brought in for the winter. Try looking up diff names of jasmines, then type them into the image search on google, then you can maybe find some that look like yours and go from there.
