Repotting carniverous plants

ifraser25

I have several carniverous plants, Sarracenias and Droseras. They have been in their original containers for several years. I would like to replant them all together in one pot/container. What would be the best medium - just pure sand or a mixture of sand and (dead) sphagnum moss?

Secondly, what is the best way to feed carnivorous plants? A friend of mine told me she just puts a raisin inside the cup once every 3 months.... Another told me he waters them with coffee! I have been using a chemical fertilizer, but am not very happy with that.
