I started some from seed in March(can't believe how time flys-amazing) and they are about 14" now planted outdoors. Maridols. Would be close to a miracle for them to make it through the winter. I have smaller ones in a pot to bring indoors around the end of November when it turns too cold for safety.
Enough of me-lol..You know that you should remove the jell surrounding the seed and don't waste your time if you cant give the seeds 80f or more soil temps to germinate. They also need a high winter light intensity. Not easy to get going.Fun,but not easy.
