It needs more water.

Which means either you are underwatering and need to water more frequently.

Or it has root rot from overwatering and the remaining roots can't take up enough water to take care of the leaves.

Either way it is a lack of water. I'd repot it, take a good look at the roots and soil and you should be able to figure out how what to do.
