curry leaf tree questions

We have about 45 curry leaf trees that we started from seeds. They are between 3" and 5" tall now. We have noticed some of the leaves developing small white spots, and we are looking for some help to identify what it is,and how to best treat it. We have had a problem with what we believe to be spider mites, but the insecticidal soap seems to be working. Each row of the light stand has 6, 4', 4100K bulbs. All watering has been done from the bottom, with diluted Miracle Grow. There is even a humidifier in the room to help with the lower humidity level in the house. The plants don't really look "sick", just not as well, or quite as green as the others. Any help with the spots, or a better suggestion for treating the mites would be greatly appreciated!
