Mucuna novo-guineensis germination question

All the red jade vine seeds germinated readily and quickly. After the sprout emerged over the soil surface it was healthy as well.
I watered it and started to blacken, and died back. I covered all the seedlings with plastic to raise humidity. It stopped the blackening for a while, then suddenly it spread further.
The temperature is about 70ðF, I use fungicide. The root system still looks healthy bushy, it's in cocopeat.
I have a 2 m tall Strongylodon and it is growing happily. I thought that it will be easy to grow Mucuna as well.
I think there is a lot of energy in a huge (5cm) been, but these are just dying... or one of them grows very slowly (it is 4cm only after a week).
Anybody has any idea how to keep this seedling?
