What is causing these marks on my Dracaena?

A few days ago I noticed these strange markings on the center leaves of my Dracaena Marginata. It looks as if someone took scissors and cut tiny triangular marking on some of the leaf blades on both sides! However, I know that isn't the case. I am hoping someone here might know what made these markings and if this is anything I can do to prevent it. Other than these cut marks, my Dracaena looks fine.
Thanks!

That's Odd! Something also looks wrong about the leaves at the crown. Have you looked down in there for a critter?

Looks like something bit into the leaves while they were still closed. You see the same sort of thing on other plants from time to time. Usually some insect is the culprit.
