I have a large clump of the above but it doesn't flower very well. I get a couple of big spikes, the rest nil. I've given it some high potash fertilizer but it hasn't made a great deal of difference. I'm wondering if our conditions are just too warm; it's a South African native,right? Any suggestions? Would it help to thin out the clump and keep only the best bulbs. There seem to be a lot of tiddlers. - Ian
