Looks like everyone else has no use for them either. I guess they're destined for the trash can. Thanks for offering them though. If you decide to keep them, in three more years, they qualify as antiques!

I was thinking about asking for some to test, but I don;t think they would survive,,, I'm new to the tropical/semitropical stuff. But I DO appreciate our generosity in offering.

I could swear that someone was telling me about how great these plants are, better than jujubes, a must have, etc. I cant remember who it was, seems to have come up during a discussion about Jakarta mangoes or something.

If I didn't cut down my tree I would of sent you some of the fruit this year so you could have experienced the greatness that is the indian jujube. Is it possible to mail fruit to CA? I will try to mail you a few jakartas also so you can join my side against Harry's questionable mango tastes.

It would be hard for you to kill it. They grow like weeds but the seedlings are a pain because they are covered with thorns so definitely not worth growing unless as a rootstock.
