Mango tree in distress or diseased?

In December I bought a 3 gallon Pickering mango and after I repotted it, I noticed its leaves were looking a little droopy. Then some sticky brown spots in the middle of the leaves started but no bugs that I can see are present on or under the leaves. The leaf tips started to turn brown and now leaves are drying up and curling. Today I noticed one of the branches is black. I have sprayed it with fungicide early on but that has not helped so I'm wondering if this could be over watering or stress from the repotting. I have also been forced to keep it inside due to the extreme cold front a we've been having in Texas this year. Could this be blight or anthracnose? It doesn't seem to look like it according to the images I see online.

Sorry for the image quality, it was the best I could do as I was in a hurry this morning. I will try to post another pic later today that shows the curled/dried up leaves and the black branch.
