Holes on Avacado Leaves

Please help .. my avacado tree has holes on most of the leaves. I doubt that the damage is from slugs since I see holes on even the youngest leaves all the way on top of the branch. Using a flashlight at night I am still not having any luck finding the pest (besides a few ants roaming around) Any advice would be highly appreciated.
