I have moringa seedlings, lemon guava(yellow form of the red strawberry guava) seedling, nangkadak(might be the same as Cheena jacks?) seedlings(chempdak x jackfruit) from Malaysia and a few varieties(African yellow, Panama gold, Pandora, Pandora gold and you guys in Fl already have this variety, Panama red) of sweet passiflora flavicrapa seedlings, but won't be ready till summer or fall. The sweet passion fruit seeds currently germinating came from a friend in Australia. Anything sounds of interest?

Soaht I am curious about your cheena and chempdak. I know very little about these fruits but would love to hear more if you have the time or possibly you could direct me to a website.

Keiki.....I don't know much, but from reading about it. It's a natural hybrid between a jack fruit and a chempdak(both in the same family). Jacks are large fruits, crunchy flesh, latex laden and hard to separate the bulbs/flesh from the rags( the unedible part of a jack fruit). The chempdak is the total opposite, smaller, longish fruits of almost even shape. Plus you can pull all the pulp off with the stem in a single pull after you open up the fruit. But does have softer flesh, though are even better tasting than the soft flesh jacks. The hybrid is smaller than a jack fruit in size, but have quality of both parent fruits and is more cold hardy than a chempdak. Chempdak are too tropical, even for S. Florida, unless you have a nice size green house or plan to grow in a large forever pot and move in and out. But that doesn't mean you can't try and grow one, but might never fruit though? I don't really know how cold hardy a Cheena/nangkadak is, but I'm sure you have a lot better chances of keeping it alive and might even fruit for you over there. I think Cheena plants are for sale over there too from Excalibur nursery?
