Despite a handful of early mornings in the lower 30's...I just picked a trio of tennis ball sized+ White Sapote fruits-sweet Subelles. I also picked TWO tomatoes the size of golfballs the other day. They were so much sweeter than those big supermarket fruits..and mine were red. My new record for latest and earliest tomato picking!

I am seeing what soucalians enjoy every year..an abundance of winter sunshine makes a huge difference even if the temps werent greatly warmer..the hours of sunshine have been.
