Well if it went from being inside
to being outside, it could just be in shock.

What are the temps like outside ?
How wet is the soil right now ?

If its still in a pot and its really hot outside
it may have needed more water, not less,
to cope with the extra heat its not used to...

it may have lost some of its ability to take up water becuase of the transplant.

A few roots usually get broken, different soil etc...
what kind of soil did you use ?

Your dragon looks perfect healthy. They are very tough plant and the only way as I know to kill it is by over watering leading to root rot. Want fruits? add fresh "hot" Steer manure on top of soil around its root.
