could you tell us if they change colors when ripe? what's the color? how's the taste?

i'm not familiar with all the different cultivars, but i'd guess by the shape, Nam Doc Mai or Mallika.

Houstontexas123, i dont know the answers to any of your questions. I will try to find out. I think i remember him telling me his family likes to eat them while its still green. He has two diff kind of mangos.

Nursejolly, it's in Rosemead, Ca. This tree gets a lot of powdery mildew and sets very few fruits every year. Its a really tall tree , not as wide though.

if its more of an orange color inside, probably NDM. if yellow, could be Okrung. they are eaten green. Mallika is picked green but allowed to ripen on the counter.
