I'm no expert, but it looks like a fungus called rust.

After doing a couple of internet searches, it looks like some type of Leaf Spot fungus. I initially thought 'rust' because that looks like the stuff I got on one of my figs last year. Good luck.

Yes...it does look like one of a number of different fungal infections.....not sure which, application of a fungicide looks to be in order, or just let it fight the infection on its own and see how it does. My Pakistani Mulberry is constantly battling with issues like this.....I just let it do its own thing.....but fruit production is affected...at least on my tree....and not in a good way.
