I have a Honeyhart & Selma in bigger containers. You can see them behind the 5 gallon trees. They are grafted, Honeyhart having 2 flowers. The Selma is a little smaller but healthy.

what exactly are the pot gallons based on? i visually compared the 5 gallon water bottle with a supposedly 5 gallon pot and the water is way bigger.
