what type of guava is this ?

A friend got this for me from Texas
he told me it wasnt GUAVA, but said it was guanabana or guyabano.
Im pretty sure its guava, but not positive.
and not sure what type?
Last year i had 3 flowers, and no fruit.
this year There are a million buds :)
