| Well, after waiting three long years I finally picked one of my very first Mango from my Cogshall tree! It was still green but occasionally I like to eat them when they are still a little green with hot peppers :o) I used to eat these when I was a kid living in Guam and the Philippines. It was one of the smaller size from a cluster of three. I have a couple starting to show some color also. I can't wait to taste one once it ripens to see how it taste.

| Cool!!!! Good for you. After the brutal winter weather you have had, I'm so happy you can enjoy a mango from your tree! Congratulations. : ) |

| Thanks Bluepalm and SWrancher...it was great, green but very good. On a side note, my large Pineapple guava tree that had tons of blooms didn't hold any fruits...I guess I'm going to have to be satisfied with this one being a "shade tree". I do have a small bush also, that has a few fruits...we'll see if it stays on the tree to maturity. Harry, if you're reading this...do you have any Pineapple Guava on your tree? |
