Seedless guava tree help!

Hi, can anyone help? I've had my seedless grave tree for 3 years now. It produces lots of flower but won't bear fruit. Last year it only had 1 guava. I was told to not water it that much. Is that true? It anyone has any ideas that would be great. Thanks.

I have a Madagascar seedless. 3 yrs is still a little young. As long as you fertilize, water and prune in Spring about every other year or so, you should start getting more fruit with each passing year. I had 3 fruit my first year only one the 2nd year and dozens this year.

i planted a 4ft tree 2 years ago.
last year i had 1 flower, no fruit.
this year it went NUTS.
TONS of flowers and fruits starting.

It gets a LOT of water, Louisiana has been having an unusually rainy season.
I wouldnt water too much after it flowers, but it seems before is OK.

Are you feeding it ?
I used fish emulsion and citrus food.
it seems very happy with that.
