How do you prepare the leaves for eating?
BTW, your Fino de Jete is doing well, has 3 fruits now, and it's barely 2 feet tall. Thanks,

They're supposed to be cooked, because they contain glycosides. Not doing so may cause diarrhea. Also, don't cook it in an aluminum pan/pot because the leaves react with the aluminum. Wikipedia/Google Chaya for more info.

Good to hear the Fino is doing well. Did you ever get a Misi Luki or Manzano banana?
