They are both excellent tasting soft fiberless mangos that grow on smaller size trees. The Cogshall tree is small and they seem to have a very dark deep green foliage. Its fruit is very colorful and tasty. The Carrie tree is a little larger and kind of bushy, its foliage is an almost olive green color. The Carrie fruit is plain green but tastes awesome (although a few don't like it...) I have both types in my yard and IMO you can't go wrong with either of them.
I'm definitely the exception here...but I didn't like Carrie at all. The times I've had it...it had an awful medicine/herb after taste that I didn't like. Again, this is just my own observations. I wouldn't mind tasting it again just to make sure that wasn't a fluke.
