Grafting Mango & Jackfruit limbs (one tree, multiple fruits)

Does anyone know about grafting multiple limbs to a single tree? I was told in passing you could do this with mangos. I have a nam doc mai & a pickering mango tree. both are small. The nam doc mai is maybe 3 feet & 2-3yrs old. The pickering is short but thick and maybe 4-5yr old.

I'd love to put a few different types of mango on my trees if I could. Any recommendations or warnings for methods? I know how to graft to root stock, but never tried with branches.

Is this possible with jackfruit? I have a 10' golden nugget that hasn't fruited yet, but only recently did I discover the difference between the firm varieties I fell in love with from India, and the gross squishy varieties everyone grows here in Miami :(
