Are you referring to a nursery in Lake Worth? If so, I planted a mallika tree about 1/2 a mile away from that nursery and it is doing excellent with tons of fruit. Got probably 40 fruit this year in its second year of fruiting. 30 fruit last year.

About the small size... it has grown pretty quickly. I am sure if it were pruned though it could be kept manageable. It is now over 12 feet and only in the ground 4 years.

My Neelum tree has been in the ground a few years and so far it's been very slow growing with small growth flushes but has been fruiting well. It seems to want to stay a as a dwarf sized tree.

Murahilin - Yes, that would be the nursery. Are your fruit consistent taste-wise ? Where did you get your Mallika tree from ?

Mallika's are fairly heavy bearers. Our 10-12' tree probably gave 80 mangos this year.
