I tasted the fruit last year, and again this year (both from Richard's tree(s)), I have a plant in the ground, 3 years old or so and about 7 feet tall) that flowered three times for this 2011 harvest season (late November, late January/February and again in Late March/April). The tree did not hold any of the fruit.
Any comments, good/bad regarding growth, fruit set/hold and actual taste. Curious, anybody else here have an Excalibur mango (the cultivar, not just a plant purchased at Excalibur) planted ? Jeff - I already know about your neighbor :)
