My Ruby Supreme Guava

I'm not sure if it's impatience, or just being curious... but I have to throw this out for others who hopefully know or better still have a Ruby Supreme to get opinions from.

I have three Guava trees, two are unknown cultivars and small (3 and 5' tall with minimal foliage) and fairly young with fruit all over them most of the time. I also have a "Ruby Supreme" that's over 10' tall with 5x the canopy of my other guavas and a stout base that grows like a weed but no fruit!

They are treated the same, one of the two fruiting ones is in a pot, while the other is in the ground 12' away from the Ruby Supreme.

Is the Ruby known to put more effort into growth rather than fruit? Does it have a different season for fruiting than other guavas?

there was a picture here of someone with a ruby supreme loaded with fruit, its the only testimony Ive heard of it and it was very positive, maybe its just needs another year to get into a fruiting cycle
