Please Identify this Tree

Hi, this is one of the last trees in my yard that I cant seem to identify. Previous Owner was Chinese and every tree in the yard turned out to be one or the other kind of fruit tree except this one. I was waiting for flowers to show up before posting any pictures and now tree is bloomng with flowers.

It looks related to apples and pears. It is probably in the Maloideae subfamily of the family Rosaceae. Not sure what genus or species. Someone with experience growing those fruit may be able to identify it.

Yes, looks appley to me too. Why not just let it produce fruit and give Sherlock Holmes the summer off!

Yes, when I look at Bark of tree it sure looks more like peach bark, however I have not seen leaves like this. we will find out soon if flowers turn into fruit OR is it just a sucker. I will keep it regardless as it provides nice green to my yard.
