After a week back from PR, life has set back into full swing (and then some). It has me missing tastes from PR, a much easier time for me. Unfortunately I dont have access all kinds of lush tropical fruits right now, luckily one of the owners of the farms we visited introduced us to Finca del Seto. They will ship you flavors of PR including one of the things I miss most, pique. My order came in the other day and included pique, mammey butter (think apple butter but made of mammey sapote) and farm raised (dried and roasted) Puerto Rican coffee.

While it might not be the same as actually being there, if I close my eyes tight.......
