I actually have two sugar-apple seedlings that I got from a nursery. They don't have to be grafted because they are true to their parent plant. Mine are about 2 years and are about the same size as yours. The first 2 years will not be your best for fruit production, but it is a joy to seem them none the less. They take a long time to ripen. They may not be ready for another month or so. You are fine as long as it does not turn black on the tree. The fruit is ripe when it yellows around the nodules and gives a bit to a press. You can apply a slow relese fertilizer throughout the warm months and trail off when it gets cooler.

Annonas don't grow true to seed, but they can be close.

Same deal here, I have a seedling almost 3 years old, has 1 fruit on it. smaller than a baseball.

the seed I purchased from a ebay seller, from Malaysia.

This was to be one of those purple skinned types.

the small fruit just turned purple, about 5 days ago but is still small and very hard, so I am guessing it still has a way to go. do the purple ones also turn a bit yellow on the nodges when ripe ?

My tree is in a container on a porch, last year when it was less than 2 years old it had some flowers, but non produced fruit. i was really surprised to see a fruit tree produce flowers after so little time, from a seed.
