You're probably better off to do it later once it's built up a bit of strength and some reserves.

I would agree with Tropicbreezent. You can definitely try tipping it now. On the other hand, it may be better if you wait until early spring to do it. Allow your seedling more time to establish itself before winter.

Hey thanks, Tropicbreezent and FruitCally, but I decided to tip it now to allow the base to stiffen up and also because I found a triple sprouted seedling next to my planter. We will see how everything turns out in a couple months.
