We are back in a La Nina, and a possible strong La Nina for this 2011/2012 winter (sorry Texas). It is not Joe B calling this, it is the NOAA/National Weather Service Climate Prediction Center. Click on the link below and then click on the "3 month seasonal outlook" in the second to last paragraph for the upcoming temperature and presipitation outlook over the coming year.
