Based on the leaf margin's undulation, I would say NDM as ooposed to Irwin.....but this is a very, very inexact science....this mango ID'ing from the look of the leaves. There are a very few mango varieties that have such distinctive leaves as to be clearly identifiable. Most others are, at least to my experienced, but not paticualrly well trained eye, very difficult to ID with any certainty.

I have a Mallika, Coconut Cream, Lemon Zest all with the same leaf margin undulations. My NDM, though a dwarf "experimental" creation from Zills and a little larger, has a wider leaf than what is pictured above.

My recently planted Alphonso tree has identical leaves too.

Leaf margin undulation is quite a common feature of mango leaves. That's why ID is so difficult. On balance, NDM tends to have more of it than Irwin. That's why I picked NDM over Irwin. I wouldn't put all that much stock in this though. I could very well be wrong.

Hello Harry, and thanks.

That was my first guess and I send pics to the nursery claiming I got the wrong mango tree.....I had a NDM before my dogs destroyed it . The nursery forwarded the pics to their horticulturist so he/she could identify it and they agreed it was in fact a NDM. I'll post pics of the Irwin later.
