I would like to try germinating a seed or two. The fruit look very cool...I haven't tasted Jackfruit myself yet but from all of the reviews on here it's on my must try list.

I bought one last year before I ever tasted one, thanks to Jeff I got to try another cultivar and it was indescribable. IMO they are as good as Mango, and better than many others I really like such as carambola, papaya, and guava.

If I could only have one fruit tree it would be a Jackfruit and a canistel... and lychee, of course, mango too! I guess that's four huh? Good thing I don't have to make that decision eh? :-)

My biggest problem now is waiting for it to give me fruit. It's 10+ feet tall, and I'm waiting, patiently.
