Ok, so this is my first mango plant ever.

It's a Nam Dok Mai.

I ordered it from Ebay and they shipped it upside down. It took 3 days to arrive, so I suppose the trip wasn't so good for the plant.

Anyway, I put the soil back, since it was everywhere, watered it a bit and put it outside since it was still hot (I live in southern Italy).
Direct sun for 2 hours, then indirect sunlight for the rest of the day, and brought it back inside for the night.

The leaves started curling and brown spot started appearing. I checked for bugs and so on but nothing so far. Now it's quite cold so I'm keeping it inside, but in front of the window.

Any suggestions. I attached a photo of the leaves.
